We had ring for towels The host said that we do not give towels every day for the price 400 a night even though it was a long weekend should be in the price per night we needed towels because when we had a shower it would flood the bathroom and the kitchen We had to pay for parking which was 87 dollars from Friday to Sunday 7am then our tea towels had brown marks on it dryer was not going we tried to dry our clothes from Friday to Saturday night and we’re not given extra blanket or pillow I feel the price. And no rubbish bags in the bins the host said there was a roll under the sink but come on we shouldn’t have to put bags in the bin carpets still had rubbish on them so not vacuum

Everything was good without being spectacular. The rooms are quite compact, vanity is just a small sink barely able to shave in, but has a thin cupboard above to put stuff in while staying. Water pressure in showers was great, TV was not tuned in to anything so didn't bother going past 20 channels to find something. We had met with the building contact Tony who was great with his directions to things and information. Some pre-check in comms to get a rollaway was a bit ordinary, given the Expediate site said this was something we could organise, but apparently it wasn't and this was a generic bit of information, so had to book a 2nd room. Location was alright, close to trams and walking distance to a few things. Freezer in the fridge needs a defrost, barely got a can in there to cool down. Wifi in the unit seemed to work pretty well. Would probably stay again if needed to go to something in that vicinity in Melbourne again.

Our room was great and close to the city and the Melbourne Market. It was easy for us to park at Wilson Carpark only 2 doors away. We requested to get an early check in and that was easy too. Our host Ollie was there to meet us and explain the process with keys and how to get in after hours. Very happy with our choice.
