During the day lovely Somers beach is only 15 mins away and for the surfers only a few minutes more to Point Leo. Hastings is walking distance to restaurants, shops and then pier. Relax and soak in a warm bath. Or see a movie and the Drive In cinema located at Dromana only 20 minutes away. Red Hill wineries are around 20 mins away also, or perhaps see the Mornington peninsula from a higher view in the gondolas, at Arthurs seat.

Free WiFi and NETFLIX on the 58 inch screen TV. There's a small collection of dvds available for your enjoyment.

Full use of the kitchen if you’d prefer to dine in too.

Champagne and chocolates are complimentary on arrival. Also, an assortment of teas, breakfast cereals and milk too.

Outside pets are welcome. There's an outdoor shelter for your beloved pets and an enclosed rear yard with a lockable gate if you need to go out for a while.
