Excellent city break

The property exceeded our expectations, location was perfect with the whole of Fitzroy on our doorstep and easy access to CBD. The sunny weather allowed delightful drinks on the large roof terrace and the street was very quiet and peaceful. We spent a very happy and comfortable 4 days in the apartment and would highly recommend it

Fantastic. Just off the incredible Brunswick St and less than a 2km walk to the heart of the city. Not that you need to when you are staying in the heart of Melbourne’s best dining precinct. Beautiful place with lots of added comforts.

Beautiful Flat in a Great Location

Check in process was very straightforward and the property manager was very accommodating with my early arrival from the States. The apartment was exactly as advertised, nicely laid out, very clean, fantastic location. Only slight issue was there is no elevator, at least not one that I saw to access the apartment. So be prepared to climb some stairs if you have heavy luggage.

Fantastic stay in Fitzroy!

My family of six really enjoyed our stay and were able to extend the time while we were searching for our long time rental. The layout was super functional, the property very clean, and everything was great. I'd say the only issue we had was not due to the owners, but more building construction. When it is extremely windy there's a metallic banging sound from the wind gusts hammering the metal roof. I'd still recommend the property in spite of that minor issue.

The location of the property was very good but unfortunately we booked a 3 bedroom apartment but the 3rd bedroom was unusable due to a water leak onto the carpet from the ensuite. Maintenance did check the leak but could not do anything about it. The smell made the room uninhabitable. This meant one of our work colleagues had to fly home and could not stay in the property with us. The exhaust fan in the main bathroom had dodgy wiring and would not turn off. It was very loud and vibrated through the apartment. After several phone calls to the property manager we finally heard back 24 hours later. Very disappointing the response time. The kitchen is not well stocked and the windows are very dirty. The plants could also do with some watering as they are not well maintained. We'd like to hear back from the property manager regarding compensation for the renting a 3 bedroom apartment and only being able to use 2 bedrooms due to the water leak. Thank you.

Great location, nice apartment

The apartment was large and modern and in a great location. There was air conditioning in the main bedroom. It would have been even better if there had been fans or aircon in other rooms as it could get a little warm in the summer heat.
