This is always a good hotel - close to Melbourne airport with excellent parking available. A shuttle bus to and from the airport is always available. The rooms are clean, the restaurant and bar are good and the staff are always helpful. We use this often and never have a reason to be unhappy.

We booked just for a night as it was near the airport. We were impressed at the niceness of the staff in a busy hotel at check-in and checkout. The room was excellent. The pool and spa a bonus. The restaurant -staff lovely, food excellent. Free airport shuttle another bonus

The hotel was very nice. The seventh floor room was clean with a large balcony. The bathroom had a shower and a jetted tub. My only complaint was with the restaurant, the food was not great and yet I thought it was expensive. Good service though.

I stayed one night as it’s close to the airport and had to be at the conference centre. They have a free shuttle to and from airport too. The man who checked us in at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming, (apologies I didnt get his name) all the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The only thing I could fault about the room was that the bathroom doors didn’t slide closed property- there was a big gap. Other than that i was impressed and would definitely stay again :)

We stayed just for the night as we had a very early flight the next morning. Staff were great. Location was super convenient, right by the airport. Airport shuttle was also the reason we booked and very easy to get to the airport. It was a bit noisy so couldn’t sleep all that well and the rooms had a funky almost smoker smell to it (Vegas comes to mind), but we were just there for the night so not a big deal.
