Ground level features three bedrooms, including two with Queen beds and two with Single bunk beds. There’s one bathroom and a separate toilet. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is comfortable with a gas fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and an extendable dining table that seats up to 10. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hot plates, refrigerator, pod coffee machine, and a small island bench with stools. Outside, you’ll find an undercover dining area with a table and chairs for alfresco meals, plus a weber BBQ and an additional outdoor table and chairs for larger gatherings or multiple family groups.

Upstairs, accessible via an external staircase, this self-contained motel-style bedroom suite features a Queen bed, TV, and a lounge. The bathroom includes a vanity, shower, and toilet.
Please note: Not all of the upstairs first floor extension, including the balcony, as viewed in the photograph, is available for occupation. This area is locked off.

PETS
Non shedding, hypoallergenic small sized pet is welcome on application. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved. A Pet Stay Fee applies. The perimeter is not fully fenced or secure.

LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package with pool towels is included with every booking based on number of guests. BYO Beach Towels.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
