Hi David, When you book with us or any of the online travel agents we provide information about access via stairs only. The rooms have been renovated and look amazing! We are a pub that attracts a lot of guests over weekends, as well as being a large function venue. Apologies everything was not up to your expectations, We still hope you enjoyed your stay.

Hi Andrea, Our curtains are usually pretty good at blocking out light, when closed all the way. We have room service available via our Me & U Beacons in the rooms, and all food is served on plates and cutlery. We hope you can join us again, next time you're in the area.

Glad you enjoyed your room and hopefully you get to experience it at its fullest on your next stay- We have spoken with our housekeepers to ensure that this does not happen in the future, we are disappointed to hear that things were not up to standard and will be sorted for any future stays, appreciate you letting us know

Thanks for taking the time to let us know, we will be getting our plumber out to check all plumbing items you’ve mentioned. We apologise it took us a little while to get to you, we have a very big hotel with multiple dining areas ect so for us to get to the reception area can take a few extra steps, we often run!! As this door also allows access to our storage areas ect it wouldn’t be safe to leave this door open for anyone to access. Thanks again, glad you got to enjoy a nice cold beer, and enjoyed your stay

Hi Neil, Apologies we could not get this going overnight on Sunday for you and had it repaired as soon as we were able to. Unfortunately we were fully booked with grand prix, so did not have a spare room to move to, the next best is offsite relocation, not ideal we know. You should not have this issue in future and we appreciate your feedback.

We are aware of the noise travelling from the backbar sportsbar , in the backbar area customers can use the digital platforms to select their own background music. whilst we try to keep the noise to a minimum and off by 12am, customers can use the digital platforms to select their own background music. We try our best to get to reception as quickly as possible when guests arrive after 6pm and whilst we are within the pub working we always strive to get customers their room key as a priority. Hi, Thank you for staying with Nightcap at the Manhattan, We have milk available at reception when you run out, there is usually milk in the fridge when you arrive.
