Nice but hard to start

There was a mixup with payment to begin with but after we got inside the stay itself was nice; though I haven't got my deposit back even though we left the property cleaner than when we got there

Mill Place

Overall very good. A bit hard to find but a great home. Only suggestion would be that there needs to be a bath mat

Cleanliness was poor

This is a great place in a nice quiet location. We were disappointed with the poor state of cleanliness of the property. It did not lookike it had been cleaned prior to our arrival. The toilets were filthy, shower had not been cleaned. The carpets and sofas were dirty. The owner had someone come by to fix it up and we told him what needed doing. All he did was change the urine stained toilet seat. We ended up buying domestos and carpet cleaner and cleaning it up ourselves. The carpet and sofas could use a steam clean.
