Great location with amazing views. Unfortunately we experienced a number of issues with this stay. 1. Despite communication 2 days and 30 minutes before arrival via the contact details provided, we had to wait 40 minutes to get keys to check in. A 25 voucher was promised as compensation for 5 people, but not received. 2. You cannot access the pool until a face to face induction is done. Property manager sent the link to the google form but no inductions are done Sat to Monday, so first availability was 4 days after our check in. We requested a work around but were not provided with one. This information should be upfront in the advertisement. 3. Took 5 days to get information on how to trouble shoot opening the verandah door to get fresh air into the glass apartment with no windows in the living room. 4. In the kitchen, we would have appreciated enough forks for 6 guests, not having to use plastic plates, and being provided sharp knives, spatula, trivets, and oven mits. 5. The mattress in the bedroom close to the guest bathroom sagged badly so we stopped using this bed after a couple of nights and slept in our kids bed.
