Staffs are nice helpful. Location is convenient to take tram nearby. Room is tidy and clean. The big bathtub may need renovation or renewal as the tub has got old and turned yellow already. No comments on the washing machine and the dryer as I havent use them. Overall nice place for short stay.

在唐人街裡，房間很大還附有廚房及鍋碗瓢盆；離參加墨爾本旅遊行程的集合地點很近，但沒有每天打掃，不知道是不是住宿期間適逢聖誕假期

優點除了地點 還是地點
地點方便 但也是兩面刃 晚上夜生活的民眾及清晨五點多開始的垃圾清運及掃地車都會影響到睡眠 反而房間之間的隔音還可以 有些餐具 鍋具的清潔度不太好 浴室也缺乏足夠隔水簾 出水口設在浴缸中間也很奇怪 也容易燙到

地理位置優越
地理位置超方便就在中國城裡，kkday的集合點就在樓下，吃飯，逛街，超市都在附近，坐免費電車也不遠，房間小但客廳餐廳公共空間很大，中午12:00有空房讓我們check in,但一進房傻眼，完全沒整理，還有前一房客留下的髒杯在洗碗槽，床單垃圾完全沒清，我們隨即下樓告知，順便出去超市買東西，用餐，三點多回來想長途飛行先休息一下再出門，竟然還是還沒清好房間，說還要15分鐘，原本應該是下午兩點check in,已經三點多房間都還沒好，家人已經累到在lobby都睡著，讓原本提早讓我們check in的美意完全打折，但還是不影響飯店地理位置優越條件！

整體感覺不錯, 地點位於唐人街, 很多短線一兩天遊的集合地點都在附近, 房間有小型廚房, 方便在附近買東西回來自己做飯, 房間內亦有洗衣機和乾衣機, 有露台可以晒方服, 非常方便, 略嫌床褥太軟, 有點不習慣.

Exactly locate on China town. Facilities is average, they provide swimming pool but only 1 lane. Kitchen is good for traveler. Staff are nice, except a staff helping us to fix the floor lamp, he didn’t shoes when he came in my room.

酒店位置在唐人街很方便，干净整洁，就是前台给我们留的房间是不朝阳房间很暗，而且对面就是其他高层建筑，必须时刻拉着窗帘，采光不好。其他都还不错。有锅和电磁炉。还好只住了一天。

很好的选择！
酒店位置很好，在唐人街里，所以吃东西很方便，适合我们的口味。墨尔本本身景点相对集中，这里相距其他景点很近，所以我们旅行起来也很方便。房间宽敞明亮干净舒适，设施齐全。客服帮助很大，我们去大洋路两日游，直接把大件行李在这里免费存了两天。非常感谢！

不錯，雖然有些小瑕疵。我們總共住了四晚，第二天所有毛巾都不見了，茶包咖啡、洗衣粉等也通通没有，但通知了接待處，好快就有人補上。房間挺寬敞，也有小廚房，整體還不錯。位於華人街，購物食飯都很方便。

Great location! Within a few minute walk to shopping centers and attractions. The only thing is the reception close after 10pm during week days if you come after 10pm you have to help yourself in by contacting the security using the door phone.

Fantastic hotel
Excellent performance with such lower price. Location is convenient , just next to the china town but not noisy . It's easy to get what I want also to get where I want. Will stay here again when we come for travel later.
