The hotel was very clean, as was the room. The room was very spacious. Great hot water in the shower, friendly reception staff and cleaners. Parking was easy and well priced. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked lovely!

We found the check-in desk, small and behind glass as well as unfriendly staff a challenge. The room was clean and tidy. Decorations were kitch. The layout of the 1 bedroom apartment, okay. Parking the car and return key drop off box the following morning, were also a challenge, even with written instructions.

The apartment are fine other than it doesn't matter how many people you book for your only getting beds for 4. The room was clean and the manager removed the dead pidgeon from the balcony so we could use it again.

The rooms were spotless, the shower pressure was excellent and although it’s mid winter the apartment was toasty warm. Its reasonably well equipped kitchen made life easy and public transport was very accessible. The receptionist was pleasant. The only hitch was the coffee machine which was not great, it leaked and the coffee itself was no good, we tried various pods and eventually gave up and drank juice until we could get out and get a decent cuppa. Having a washing machine and tumble drier as well as dishwasher made for a very comfortable and convenient stay. A home away from home.
