Dear Yusuf,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your review.Unfortunately your reservation booked via Expedia had come through as 4 adults without the selection of the extra person fee, a message also came though to add on a sofa bed. As discussed, the sofa bed was an additional charge of 45/night. To avoid any confusion in the future, we recommend booking direct with us so we can advise a rate inclusive of any requirements.I do apologise regarding the incorrect card being charged, as this is definitely not up to the standard we strive to provide! Unfortunately as the sofa bed charge was communicated at check-in with the option of moving to one without, we are unable to refund this to you. Please note we had also provided a complimentary late check out which usually would have been charged at 40.00 total in compensation for this.
