Walking distance to the back beach & Coastal Walk of the Mornington Peninsula. Quiet and peaceful location yet close to all the action of the Bay. Four minute drive to the Bay beach, five minutes from Blairgowrie Village. Explore rock pools, surf, walks, wineries, markets, restaurants… Do as much or as little as you like!

Brilliant location with 10 min coastal walk to Dimmicks Beach Close to Rye Back Beach. Close to Blairgowrie Village. Close to Rye. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee machine very nice. Lovely beach holiday house.

Decor was lovely & comfortable. Perfect for family of 5. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of property and how well kitchen was stocked with crockery & cutlery etc. Appreciated the note about local walk to beach which we did. Natalya’s communication was excellent too. Highly recommend!

Exploring the peninsula

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The communication from the owner was prompt and friendly. The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially enjoyed the fireplace during the cool and rainy evenings! Location was great too. Everyone in our family agreed that we would happily stay here again.

A lovely get away cottage!

We really enjoyed our week at Natalya’s property. It allowed us much needed down time, is wonderfully located almost next to the back beach with a path within 100 meters of the property. The king size bed was great. The bunks were uncomfortable but my kids made them work by adding some blankets on top of the mattresses. The host was kind and accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Fantastic Stay

We absolutely loved our 5 night stay. Only a short walk to the back beach in a quiet part of Blairgowrie. We loved the fire place and sitting out on the deck. The house was cosy but spacious enough for the 5 of us. We would definitely stay there again.
