A private and secure 1 bedroom apartment located centrally in Domain Rd, South Yarra.

Located in a classic 1960s building the apartment is light filled and comfortable and the perfect place to enjoy your get-a-way break in a central Melbourne location.

Street Parking permit - Available for one vehicle during your stay.
Master bedroom - Queen size bed - Hotel quality linen and towels.
Smart TV, unlimited WIFI internet.
Complete kitchen pack - Gas cooking.
Electric heating - Ironing board and Iron.
Local laundromat also 5 minutes walk away.

You have the entire apartment to yourself. We are available 24/7 if you need anything and receive mobile and Airbnb notifications at all times. We have the option for checking yourself in via a secure coded key lockbox if you are delayed or flying in at midnight, either way we are happy to assist you at all times.

Please note: If the Residents parking permit is lost or misplaced there is a $ 250 replacement fee.
If keys are lost or misplaced a $ 150 locksmith fee applies.

This 60s style apartment has a great homely feel , and is clean and tastefully decorated . The owner Vincent is very thoughtful and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay . Vincent also communicated well and was very accommodating. It’s located just a short walk to the shopping and restaurant strip of South Yarra , which was very convenient We highly recommend a stay at this apartment. Belinda and Paul Volkmer 🥂

I appreciate Vincents assistance with booking this property. I enjoyed my time here. Sheets and towels were all clean and ready for me. Keys were easy to access upon arrival. Would recommend to others looking for a one bedroom to stay near South Yarra (convenient location to shops)
