This was a great property with everything needed to settle in for a few days stay in Melbourne. Conveniently located near the free zone on the tram made it really easy to get around the CBD. Also can’t say enough about the staff….they were extremely helpful in various ways and available around the clock.

It was close to where I was going. Easy to get to. Opposite a shopping area. Quiet! I stayed for 1 night, but I'd be happy to stay longer.

Great pool, but don’t look for services. Room was missing hangers & iron. Took 4 asks to get iron. No local info in lobby. Suspect all front desk staff were part time students. Stayed 6 nights received clean towels & linens after 5 with 1 day left. I think I understand the concept, but not for me an international vacation Travelers.

The accommodation itself was divine and very conveniently located. However, when booking the site stated that there was onsite parking but there was not. Melbourne Central is across the road however I did not know that they could validate parking until after I had checked out, and this proved to be VERY expensive. I was supposed to receive a check-in information email in the week leading up to my stay but did not, assuming this info would have been in there. They rang me 3 hours after I checked out to see if I had checked out even though I checked out in person with the receptionist, who was on the phone the whole time.

Not good

Everything was kind of ok for the price, but overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay. Disfuntional and dirty room, stuff broken and missing. We stayed for a month. Building is quite new I think, but everything is already bit off. Our shower soap rack had fallen off and they didn’t fix it. Also bathroom door handle was partly off, we fixed it ourselves. Cooking equipment was broken or in horrible condition. Weekly house keeping included new bed linen and towels but not actual cleaning (you had to pay extra) so the room was really dusty and dirty. No new toilet paper, we had to buy our own. Huge closet for clothes but no hangers. We asked them but never got them. We also reported everything above to the hotel but nothing happened. Staff was friendly so I don’t know what is their problem. Management?

Reception staff were friendly and were were able to get parking in the Melbourne central carpar with a voucher from the hotel. But be aware that the bond they take won't come off your bank account straight away and you may have to call your bank to get it back

The apartment was perfect- clean, modern, right next to Melbourne central and the floor to ceiling windows really let the view shine. The staff were friendly and pool and gym area were the cherry on top. Would definitely return!
