Nestled into the sand dunes of Blairgowrie's famous back beach and rock pools, Shambala Dana is an oasis waiting to transport you to the tropics. Inspired by luxury Balinese Villa's, Shambala Dana gives meaning to a place of peace and giving. With a year round heated* pool, balcony overlooking the sand dunes and lush tropical gardens, it's hard not to feel on holiday. Welcome to Paradise.

| Heated Pool - The pool can be heated on request at $100 per night for the duration of your stay, to approximately 28-30 degrees. If not heated, pool will run off solar.

Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
8. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 10 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
9. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking - There is space for 2-cars in the garage and two in the driveway.
By respecting these rules, you help us provide a welcoming and enjoyable stay for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 3 days post. The bond is $1500.
