This comfortable home accommodates up to five guests across three well-appointed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King Single bed with ceiling fan
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with split system
Master Bedroom : King single bed with ceiling fan and split system just outside the bedroom door
With two bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—everyone can enjoy added privacy and convenience.
Relax in the inviting living area with a Smart TV, or step outside to the large balcony featuring a BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. The property is pet-friendly for well-behaved pets (with prior arrangement). South Melbourne Soul is a wonderful choice for families, friends, or business travelers seeking a comfortable stay in a fantastic location.
No dedicated parking is available; please utilize the various on-street parking options or nearby paid parking facilities.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
