Super family home

A family home with all the ‘extras’ that made our extended family long weekend together absolutely wonderful! Comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, entertainment areas including the tennis court and pool (too cold for June) and outdoor gardens to the short walk to the front beach, the home catered for all ages in our family group.

Fabulous and Spacious

This house was just perfect for our family gathering. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. With 9 adults and 4 children to accommodate, we found the house to provide more than enough space inside and out. Great facilities for the whole family.

Amazing house for a family getaway

We had my mums 80th with all 4 families coming together and this house was perfect. Had everting you could ever need - so well equipped. The tennis court, games room and pool were awesome too. Great house, great location, great host with very prompt communication. Thanks so much!!

Family reunion holiday

We found it a great house for a large group from many age generations to enjoy varied activities and spaces. There were a great choice of activities for everyone. Although dogs were allowed at the property, not having a front gate meant there was a constant need to check it’s whereabouts.

We all loved the house it was great for adults and children and would book again

The place was fantastic ( only problem was I tlthe oven wasn’t clean but I didn’t need the oven and I had to clean the BBQ before I could use it we cooked on the BBQ and it was great

Great family weekend

Thanks Adam and Belinda, We had an amazing long weekend with our children and grandchildren, 17 in total. The tennis court and basketball hoop were in use between showers. big property with plenty of features to make it comfortable and entertaining

Property presented well but needed some general maintenance to hold its rating .ie. shower hoses split, toilet seats unstable, garden needing some TLC (lawns mowing for young ones running around) However for a large group it was great.

Wonderful location.

Within walking distance of front and back beaches as well as shopping centre but with so many activities to do on the property we spent much of our time at the house. The number of living areas, bedrooms a bathrooms was a huge bonus and we wanted for nothing. A few small maintenance things to be done in and around the house…we discussed that sometimes it’s a good idea for owners to stay on their properties for a while so they get to know these things and rectify. Overall we had a wonderful stay and certainly recommended for a large family.

A perfect venue for my 70th with the family. Children loved the tennis court and the pool with plenty of equipment provided. Plenty of space for them to run around. Games room allowed the adults to eat in peace! Kitchen very well equipped for the cooks in the family. My correspondence with Adam was immediate and helpful. The best birthday celebration!

This property ticks all the boxes. The location, in a quiet neighbourhood, is perfect with Sorrento Central and bay and ocean beaches all within easy walking distance. The property itself provides for all ages, we ranged from 1 to 72, with plenty to keep all occupied and room to quietly relax and enjoy. Highly recommend for large family gatherings.

perfect for big groups

The house was fantastic with plenty of room for all the couples and their children. The house had lots of amenities to keep all entertained during the stay. Shops and beach were walking distance for the house, only negative thing I’d have to say is the house had no cooling down stairs which was the main living area.

Great holiday house for a large group

Our family of 18 (aged 11-76) had a fantastic stay at this property. The multiple living/recreation areas meant that everyone was able to find a comfortable space for reading or games. We played downball on the half court tennis court and found the pool refreshing . The kitchen was well appointed for a large group and the bar fridge in the games room good for drinks. Adam was a helpful and responsive host! Highly recommended!!!

Great accomidation for large groups

The accomidation was great for our large family Christmas. Slept multiple families with ease. Everything was clean. The grounds were great for the kids, this meant we didn't have to go out all the time to entertain them. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The area is stunning. And the hosts were easy to deal with

A lovely place to spend time with family. Wonderfully furnished with plenty of room, great amenities and very clean throughout. Super comfy beds, big well-equipped kitchen, spotless bathrooms and toilets. Loved the lovely big grounds, pity it was too cold to use the pool but we certainly appreciated the gas fire and central heating!
