In its current layout, this remarkably large home offers 7 bedrooms accommodations, 10 Beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 internal courtyards, a northern outdoor garden deck, and an array of distinct living areas designed for formal, relaxed, and teen leisure. The house is equipped with all essential items and must-have kitchen equipment for short or long-term stays.

This spacious 3-level house is a warm, neat and comfortable home featuring:
• A fully-equipped kitchen - with oven, stove, microwave, cooktop and dishwasher - is complemented by stone surfaces, as well as a pantry, all overlooking open-plan dining/living. 
• 7-bedroom served by 4 bathrooms and 1 separate toilets. There are 3 bright upstairs bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms on ground floor. Take it downstairs to lower floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 courtyard.

• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• ON Tuesday night, remember to pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside.
• Our self-check-in process is made easy using the coded key lock safe located near the front door. The code will be provided to you on check-in date prior to your arrival.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• CHECK-OUT TIME is strictly NO later than 10 am to allow sufficient time for the cleaning crew to prepare for the next guests. Any unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $70 per hour.
• We will provide with an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for the entirety of your stay. If needed, we recommend purchasing additional supplies.
• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
• To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. This means that individuals under the age limit are not permitted to book.

• Please leave the property in clean and tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchenware after use, otherwise a fee of $80 will applied.

• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• ON Tuesday night, remember to pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 per hour fee applied.
• Parking is available either on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited.
• Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera installed at the front of the house, facing outside for added security.
• We will provide with an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for the entirety of your stay. If needed, we recommend purchasing additional supplies.

Family trip for wedding

The property was in an ideal location to the Canterbury train, my brothers in laws home, and walkable to many stores. The property provided beds for everyone in our group as well as plenty of bathrooms. However, there were several reasons the place was not in good order and we were very disappointed with several things that were relayed to the property manager. The property was freezing upon arrival and took a long time to heat up. There were bugs spiders in multiple rooms. One person woke up with bites on them. The yard was not cleaned of leaves and debris and the table and chairs in the yard were very dirty. It would have been nice if that space was cleaned for use before we arrived but it was not. Several of the bedrooms did not get warm and were not useable as a result of being too cold. Some of the bathrooms were dirty or mildewy which was also unacceptable. Upon arrival the fire alarm was going off (very high ceiling) so we needed to report same to the property manager who wanted me to send photos of it which made no sense because it was a sound due to lack of battery or whatever. The response that it was in April also made no sense since it was middle of June. Several of the windows throughout the large house were not locked or closed all the way which added to the freezing cold temperature in the home, and some did not lock or work properly. The dryer did not work, and the property said it provided a washer and dryer. The dryer was incl as am amenity.

The location was great, very convenient to move around Melbourne city. Rooms were very good. I was impressed with the size of the house.
