    Positioned on the ground floor of a contemporary boutique development, this apartment is a two-bedroom home that balances considered design with genuine liveability. You are steps from Chapel Street, Prahran Market and the leafy trails of Albert Park, with tram connections to the CBD just moments away. This is a location that makes everyday living feel effortless, placing Melbourne's best dining, shopping and green space within easy reach of your front door.

    Step inside and experience an open plan living and dining area where wide plank timber floors, crisp white walls and abundant natural light create an easy, uncluttered calm. The kitchen runs alongside, finished in honed stone benchtops on both sides, with a gas cooktop, professional range hood, stainless steel oven, dishwasher and generous cabinetry.
