It does get dark after sunset! A few kookaburras will cry, remembering something distant, while a baby bat might circle above, searching for its nest.
If you’re here with friends, or your children, take a slow walk down to the river, fire up the BBQ, and watch the river flow. Then return, unwind, crack open a beer or two, and listen to the silence. The kind of silence that isn’t empty but deeper than the aching of your innermost soul.

As this is a peaceful residential neighbourhood, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours (10pm–7am).
📝 House Rules
Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 11am.
No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Maximum of 6 guests are permitted at any time.
Please clean the BBQ and picnic area after use.
Please keep all house keys, AC remotes and accessories safe, and return them to their original place before checkout.
If you wish to use the fire pit, please bring your own firewood.
Indoor items (chairs, blankets, cushions, etc.) must stay inside, and outdoor items must stay outside.
Please follow all local fire-ban rules and restrictions.
