Upon entry, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas create a bright and inviting atmosphere, filled with natural light. Comfort is ensured year-round with a wall-mounted split system air conditioner and a central Coonara wood heater.
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including an under-bench oven, gas cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee pod machine—making meal preparation a breeze.
Designed for both comfort and style, the living area is delightfully furnished with vibrant touches and features a Smart TV with Wi-Fi and Netflix for entertainment. Both spacious bathrooms are well-appointed, with separate toilets for added convenience.

Rate includes accommodation for up to 4 guests. Extra 5th/6th guest, $50 per night per person. $100 Clean fee.

LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package is provided for the number of registered guests. BYO Beach towels.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies $100.00. This allotment, although fenced, is not deemed secure.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.
