Sadly the place was very dirty when we arrived and we had to clean it before we could sit and eat!! Pet hair on furniture and floor, the crockery cutlery and glassware were all marked and dirty, some dishes with residual food on them, oven tray had been used and left in oven dirty. Substandard hygiene and cleanliness. Had to persist with Madecomfy and multiple personnel for some sort of reparation. Paid AUD3880 - for accommodation they offered 70 then 100. Cleaners rates! This is how they treat paying guests. Be careful booking with MadeComfy.
