Every endeavour is always made to accommodate guests special requests. On this occasion a twin room was not available as these room types had been fully booked. In Australia economy style hotels are not equipped with personal preference items as toothbrush and toothpaste, combs and slippers in the rooms. If you forget this items we have them for purchase at Reception.
