Villetta Paola is in the countryside of Borgagne, near the beaches of the Adriatic sea in the area of Otranto. The holiday home is framed by a garden with olive trees. There are two outdoor equipped areas: a furnished verandah, with table and chairs and barbecue, ideal at lunch and dinner and an outdoor lounge area where the guests can relax.
The small villa for rent consists of a living room with well-equipped kitchen and a single bed. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one triple bedrooms) and two bathrooms with shower (one is in the garden).
The surroundings of Villetta Paola
The
holiday home is in the countryside of Borgagne, in the area of Otranto,
near the Alimini lakes and other tourist destinations on the Adriatic
coast, such as Melendugno, San Foca, Roca and Sant`Adnrea. The house is a
short drive away form the sea and other towns with their amenities.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the two bathrooms is outside.
- No baby cot.
- Air conditioning not in all the bedrooms.
