Spend your holidays in this wonderful typical Swedish house which was one of the first summer houses on this beach when tourism started.
This house rents out for a maximum of 5 persons from Saturday and Saturday. Smoking is not allowed. You bring your own sheets and towels and do the final cleaning yourself. In order to have enough time for the, the check-out-time is at 11 am and the check in-time at 2 pm.
170 square metres, 3 sleeping-rooms (one with double-bed, one with balcony and two single-beds and one with balcony and one bed).
Big living-room with library, kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer, washing-machine, toilet, shower.
1400 square metres big garden with hammock, basketball.
There is another smaller house on the same lot which you can see with the object number 504191. In case you want to spend your holidays together with friends, you are welcome to rent both houses.
In the garden you find furniture, a basketball-basket and a barbecue.
You can park your car on the lot.
The house is situated on the best spot in Mellbystrand, centrally located, but very quiet.
The wonderful 13km long sandy beach is only 600 metres away. It's very safe for children. You can lie directly on the water or in the beautiful dunes.
In a distance of 300 metres, there is a forest where you can walk, do jogging or go by bike on the famous "Kattegattleden" (even bmx).
The tennis square is 300m away as well.
The river for fishing or a barbecue is 2km away.
Around the corner, you find the nice "Strandhotell", a restaurant which was built at the same time as this house.
There is variety of restaurants, hairdresser, beauty-shop and a shop where you can get fresh rolls in the morning.
The big shopping-centre with pharmacy, bankomat, restaurant is 3 km away.
Before July and after the middle of August, you can book an active-holiday with courses in languages, a 2-weeks-yogateacher-education or courses in spiritual development. Der erste positive Eindruck des Hauses von außen, im Stil von "Astrid Lindgren" , wurde schnell ins Negative umgekehrt. Es gab keine Haus-Objektübergabe, der Schlüssel wurde versteckt und in einer Mail angekündigt wo er zu finden ist. Es wurden zu den Reiseunterlagen auch überall Klebezettel an Möbel und Einrichtung angebracht, wie man sich zu verhalten hat...Gesamtzustand im Haus wirkt sehr abgewohnt und war dreckig.Im speziellen die Küche, die schon lange keine Renovierung und Farbe mehr gesehen hat, ebenso die Küchenschränke. Das die Dusche sich in der Wohnstube befindet war bekannt, nur leider nicht in der Größe wie im Inserat angeben. Alternative Waschgelegenheiten befanden sich in Form von kleinen Waschbecken in den Schlafräumen....was für eine Vollbelegung des Hauses von 6 Personen schon sehr schwierig werden kann. In Küche und Toilette wurden die Lüftungsanlagen schon längere Zeit nicht gereinigt. Elektrische Geräte sind ziemlich alt, die Kühlschrankfächer wurden mit Klebeband notdürftig repariert.

Definitiv empfehlenswert
Das Haus in Mellbystrand ist toll ! Ein kurzer Fussweg und man ist schon an diesem traumhaften und nicht überfüllten Strand.
Die Bilder von dem Haus sind authentisch. Alles war gepflegt und anständig.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist top.
Uns allen hat es in dem Haus und in der Umgebung sehr gut gefallen und wir können es definitiv weiter empfehlen !!

Eine sehr schöne Woche am Melbystrand
Die Woche ging echt schnell vorüber. Das Haus ist echt urig.die Lage ruhig, aber doch verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Autobahn und zum Supermarkt. Der tolle Strand und Natureservat ist in der Nähe. Leider konnten wir auf Grund der vielen Qualen nur bedingt ins Meer. Zum Schwimmen und Padling sind wir zum See nach Laholm gefahren. Die Kinder haben es geliebt- inklusive Sprungturm. Über Unternehmungsvorschläge waren wir sehr glücklich.
Zum Haus:
Das Haus hat sicher seine Geschichte, in der Beschreibung ist es aber schon ein bisschen schöngeredet. Das Nachbarhaus auf dem Grundstück ist schon sehr nah gelegen. Den Garten erwartet man viel großzügiger. Aber es ist Ok.Wenn man nicht gerade mit Freunden unterwegs ist, ist das zweite Haus schon sehr nah, weil man sich gegenseitig in die Häuser gucken kann. Auch möchte man außen mal eine Unterhaltung führen, die andere nicht mithören. Den Tisch haben wir uns ein wenig um die Ecke geholt, wenn man abends bisschen für sich sein wollte. Schade das es nicht in irgendeiner Form eine Veranda oder Terrasse gibt. Die Blockhütte hatte dieses.😒
Mit der Dusche im Wohnzimmer kann man leben, dafür erscheint es, dass hier ein wenig investiert wurde. Bei der Verkabelung im Haus bekommt man schon bisschen Sorgen😜.Spannend ist den benötigten Lichtschalter zufinden.😌.
Küche inklusive Geräte könnten mal ein Update gebrauchen. Hilfsmittel etc. waren vorhanden.
Schade, dass es auf dem tollen großen Balkon keine Sitzmöglichkeit gibt.
Echt positiv haben wir das WLAN empfunden.
Insgesamt ist es Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Jedoch bezahlt man für eine Woche in einem Ferienhaus eine Menge Geld. Ganz ehrlich gesagt, würde ich dann im Urlaub nicht noch den Rasen mähen, wenn er es nötig hätte. Dafür sollte ein Vermieter einer Ferienunterkunft selber Sorge tragen. Ebenso erachte ich auch das Fensterputzen nicht als Aufgabe einer Endreinigung. Dafür, dass es eine selbstständige Endreinigung ist, war die Sauberkeit ganz OK.

Enkelt boende mellby
Fin enkel stuga, med 1 toalett och 1 separat badrum, allt var helt ok fräsht men det luktade konstigt i köket. Det ligger en annan stuga som hyrs ut på samma tomt som kan vara värt att tänka på. Men har man bra grannar så funkar det bra.

Perfekter Relax-Urlaub
Das Haus in Mellbystrand ist wunderbar geeignet für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es bietet eine Menge Platz, 3 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, so dass man sich auch mal gut zurückziehen kann und nicht so eng aufeinander hockt. Da uns das Wetterglück in diesem Urlaub etwas verlassen hatte, war wir mehr drin also sonst, habe gekocht, gemütlich gelesen und gespielt. Die Kochen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, die Betten sind groß und bequem, das Sofa gemütlich. Bei schönem Wetter kann man nett draußen sitzen und grillen, Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten und die Gegend ist ruhig und sauber. Ganz toll war der Blick morgens aus dem Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach auf die großen Bäume mit Vögeln und Eichhörnchen. Natürlich ist das Haus älter und die Ausstattung zum Teil entsprechend, aber es hat eben seinen eigenen Charme. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns, dass wir am Ende noch die nette Vermieterin, Fr. Hornig, kennenlernen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war von Anfang an äußerst freundlich und hilfreich. Also alles in allem ein Haus, das wir für einen tollen Schwedenurlaub sehr empfehlen können.

Schönes Haus, tolle Ferien
Sehr schöne Ferien in einem gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Haus, toller Strand & Ausflugsmöglichkeiten! Eine professionelle Endreinigung wäre vielleicht sinnvoller, Tierhaare und klebriger Backofen vom Vormieter will keiner im Urlaub wegputzen!
