“Expedia said the hotel was a four star. It was more like a two star. Rooms need to be updated…as well as linens. One sheet had holes in it. One comforter had something black on it that would come off when I brushed it. The room felt damp. I think there was a small area of black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom…it was something black. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. The bed was fairly comfortable. The window unit in the wall kept the room nice and cool. All staff that we met were……

“The breakfast was cut up hotdogs fried and eggs not fluffy hard boiled egg and the waffle mix the same daily breakfast menu my room had sheets and blanket that had blood spots on them but luckily I noticed it right away soon as daylight hit and room was brighter plus I went straight on Beale st and back another room at 4an the morning all I did was lay straight down..the pool area had no towels a little dusty and can stand a wipe down the morning and late night workers were very polite but for……

“Staff and guest tried braking into my room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. It was terrifying. When I checked out the desk employee apologized the said her management would reach out after they completed their investigation but still have not received a call or email. I emailed Marriot directly as well and have yet to receive a response. Unacceptable and poor customer service. Do not stay here. It is unsafe.”
