It’s a clean hotel. The desk person was not very friendly. He did not ask if he could help me or say hello upon arrival. The hotel is very close to the highway and is not quiet.

These people called me 18 hours after I was there and asked if I was paying for another day! Mind you I had already paid for 2 whole days $242.. scamming I guess they’ve been in Memphis too long. The sheet had blood stains on it, I ran out towels they only gave me one big towel 1 face towel.. the place looked abandoned! There were only a few rooms rented out!! Don’t do it

Probably won't go back
The hotel lobby is nice and the staff was friendly. I had a 1st floor room and the floor was vinyl tile with no rugs. My feet were very dirty from walking barefooted. There were cars outside of my window playing loud music late night and early morning which interrupted my sleep. The was no clock in the room and the phone was on the desk instead of nightstand. Despite all of this, the bed was very comfortable.

Stupid fee
The front desk clerk wanted to charge me $30 for being early. Checkin is at 3 and I arrived around 12:30. He said he had a room ready for me if I wanted to pay the early checkin fee. I asked him who was inconvenienced. He said no one it was just policy. But if I came back at 1:30 he wouldn’t charge me the fee..?!?! That’s still early and you had a room ready already for me. I’ll NEVER stay here again.

Looked nice from the outside , walked into our room which was one of the priced rooms, and there was hair on the floor and an empty condom wrapper. I brought it up to the front desk when checking out and I was told “they’ll have the maid check it out”! For the money you spend , you should at least get a clean room. No matter how short or long your stay is. Do better or at least fake like you care, unlike they did.

Horrible Hotel
Between the drug deals in the parking lot and the fight in the lobby this stay was not one I wish to repeat with my family. The room as dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable, and each morning's breakfast was missing a component. Both mornings there was no waffle mix. I requested more and they refilled on one day but not the other. They were out of coffee, waffle mix and biscuits each day. Also, the gym/workout room was not air conditioned. No fans either. This was by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I will not book again.
