If you have more than two people in a room please bring a blanket and your own pillow. Also make sure you bring a trash bag because they will charge you extra if you leave trash. I will never stay here again.

Not a good choice.
The room door lock was hanging ( broken) The paint was chipping old and dated. The bed in the room looked like a roll away bed. Although it was an extended stay there was no dishes, pots, pans, no soap just 1 roll of tissue because the one on the roll was empty. I travel a lot for work and time from illinois to Cordova TN. And i never stayed in this room I didn't feel safe or clean. And was told i couldn't get a refund. So i had to pay out of pocket for something decent.

My stay at the Cordova, Memphis Extended Stay
The staff has been very helpful the day manager Sheila has been a doll, and the weekend attendant Felicia has been very helpful, they always make themselves available considering i have a broken leg. The only issue ive had that on occasion ive seen pest, however ive also seen a person spraying down the rooms and the ones ive been in for those pest so thats good. The housekeeper i forget her name is very kind and is always making sure i have everything i need and not missing anything. Overall my stay here has been a good one id come back again for sure.

I didn't like that my room upon the 1st night had 3 things already not in working condition such as the room phone, the t.v. remote, and my room was missing a microwave. There was no soap in the kitchen or bathroom and just 2 towels, no hand towels, wash cloths, or bath mat. The next morning the lady gave me a new remote with working batteries but still none of the other things have been remedied. The young man told me he could put in a request for a microwave to be brought into my room. I hope he did however I will probably be checking out this morning due to neglect to fix the problems. I feel I should've been offered a discount or had the pet fee waived. Some type of compensation for paying full price for less than a fully equipped room.

The exterior doors are propped open with bottles and sticks. Little children are wandering the halls with no parents to be found. A drunken screaming party is going on in the parking lot near the front entrance. The policy is to only have two towels, even though it was reserved for three. I just found out at front desk that this not a hotel any longer, but apartments. Some people have been living here for five years. This needs to be removed from the Expedia site.

I got there and waited for a front desk person for about 30 min. She checked me in 1.5 hours early and charged 16.00. I had to pay a fortune for a non-smoking room, and I had to sign 20 minutes worth of paperwork about not smoking yet when I walked into the room, I could not breathe for the foul smell of smoke in the room and the furniture and the towels and the sheets

I did not stay at this property. I arrived at 9pm Saturday night and there wasn’t any staff on site. There was a note stating to use a rickety looking phone outside for assistance. I called the number listed with Expedia and they claimed they would refund my money and we’re sorry about the inconvenience. I still had to request a refund from Expedia bc I never heard back from this facility.

This was the most terrible experience I have EVER had with a hotel, or orbitz. We traveled with two young toddlers and were worked up by screaming and fighting of adults in the hallways. Physical altercations and pounding on the walls. People screaming they were “going to shoot them” cursing and loud cries for hours. To the point we felt so unsafe we packed our babies and left in the middle of the night. We were over 1,000 miles away from home, 2am, and freezing cold outside. If you’re traveling under ANY circumstances DO NOT stay here!!!

Housekeeping did not thoroughly clean the room prior to check in. There was still a lot of trash on the floor, under the bed, and the tables had crumbs and grease smears from fingers upon arrival. The property also does not provide housekeeping for a 2 day stay…. We bathe daily so new towels and a clean room should be available for each day visit .

No reviews when you didn’t stay do to the Hotel
Arriving at the Extended Stay Hotel the system was down could not check in had to find another Hotel to stay in for the weekend then Hotel.com charged my credit card 10&.00 for the Extended Stay system was down and couldn’t check in we did show up and you charged us as a no show that’ was very inconvenient for my spouse and I driving 7 hours from Texas I will never use Hotel . Com Hard to contact and the number that is added to the email is not correct that’s crazy
