“B4 you can get a room key, you MUST give a $100 deposit! Lovely hotel in terrible location where all buildings have tall fences & like a high crime area; Awful breakfast! the AC in our room was 66 degrees when we arrived & could never get it to a comfortable temp even street turning it off all night.. Reported it and they did nothing. No blanket in room & I was very cold. Called to ask for one but only 1 person there couldn’t deliver it. She called abt 1 hr later & brought one (late, we were in……

“My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.”

“Our stay of four nights was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more. The property was clean and smelled fresh. Staff members were very friendly. The cost was reasonable. Free parking was a plus. Most of all, we felt safe!”
