"Everything was great but the elevator to the Lookout at the top of the Pyramid was down due to renovations. Little disappointed we weren't informed of that during the booking process. Other than that we had an awesome stay"

"This is an extremely old Hyatt, does not even come close to usual Hyatt hotels. Desperately needs remodeling, simple things like new shower curtains are not even being kept up. No up do date charging options, carpet tearing, stains everywhere, elevator dirty. It was not the worst but I would not stay here again. Staff was very nice and helpful. "
