I felt very unsafe. The room smelled really bad. I didn't stay. I checked out immediately. I should have read the reviews before booking. Memphis is not safe anywhere. I had to drive to Arkansas to find a room for two nights. I lost a lot of money on this booking.

Very poor condition. Mildewed and messy caulking in shower, door handles fall off, gunk on carpet, sink cracked temperatures on sink reversed. Parking area did not feel safe. Only positive is it is easy to get to snd thete is a park nearby.

There is not enough words of how ghetto this property is. When we pulled up we noticed a car that was parked with people sleeping in it… I thought strange but maybe they are waiting to get checked in. When we entered nobody greeted us for at least 5 mins. The worker appeared to live there with her gang banger appearing children ( they were on some form of social media taking pics of themselves with gang signs). When the worker finally came to the desk she wasn’t wearing any badge or ID to alert me that she was a worker. She asked if we have a reservation which I replied yes and gave her my last name. She quickly responded that no I didn’t have a reservation. I offered my ID and said maybe she didn’t know how to spell my last name. She responded curtly that there were only 6 reservations she knew how to spell. She finally mysteriously found it. The room she gave me was not what I reserved. Received 1 Queen bed payed for 1 king. We went back to desk and she gave us a new room. No I’m sorry or have a good stay nothing! I felt as if she was hating on me for bringing it to her attention. The room was not horrible certainly in disrepair. Not filthy but not clean. I kept my shoes on when walking on the floors. When we left early next AM several homeless people were eating the breakfast. My husband recommended we leave while our vehicle still had wheels. Upon leaving the people sleeping in the parking lot were folding blankets and stirring around. It’s clear they were perm there.

The breakfast wasn't too good, you had to cook your waffles, and that was very time consuming, because that caused a line. There was not to choose from, no pastries, no cooked sausage and eggs. The drink machines were out of drinks most of the time. They only gave quarters in change.

The smell of mariwuana was too strong, there were drunk peolpe outside of the hotel and it was very unsafe, the bedsheets were very but very dirty amd the cleaning staff were visibly high on something!! Never going back!!!

Staff was very friendly checking in. However walls were paper thin. Guests above me were stomping on the floor until around 2am. Vehicles also in and out of the parking lot until late and were noisy.

The first room they gave me had a pregnant roach on the bed, stained linen, and a door that didn't lock properly. Then 2nd had bloody linen that went deep as the mattress. They then called cops on me after I insisted on a refund. Not worth the savings.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in
The hotel was in the process of a remodel and it definitely needed it. The deadbolt on the door did not work, the tv didn't work, the bathroom was very outdated and I just felt uncomfortable overall. Also they had gated parking but they never shut the gate which defeats the purpose. Luckily it was just one night and we did not spend much time in the room. Hopefully after the remodel it will be better.

The hotel did not check me in because I had a cat with me. I had to look for another hotel late at night with tired family. When I made online reservation, it was saying pets friendly. The receptionist did not make an attempt to contact the manager or recommend another place for us.
