Breakfast was offered only in the adds but there was no breakfast at this facility. When I asked them about their advertising they denied that they placed this add that Expedia had written the offer. The hotel did not offer a solution or a discount on my 18 days stay that was booked.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn in Memphis was terrible. The room was horrible—everything was in poor condition: the bathroom, the carpet, the bathroom door—it was all dirty. The room smelled bad and felt damp. There were many people loitering in the hallways; one day, as I was leaving at 5:00 a.m., a Black man wearing a hoodie walked past me, stopped at the next door, and stood against the wall—as if waiting to do something to me. I quickly got into my car. It was a bad experience; I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Room was adequate... all the basics covered for me and my pup for a quick stay. Could definitely use newer linens and rooms were tiny but it had everything I needed. Actually enjoyed the surroundings more than the room. It was in a quiet area with a really pretty pond right across the street to walk my dog.

Have cash for a refundable deposit. Otherwise they can make some extra money off you by using their atm. There were plenty of bugs to squish. Just the bathroom and sink area thankfully. Without bugs, nice and wonderful motel.

First room, the AC was hanging off the wall and TV didn't work. Talked to mgr and switched rooms, TV worked but sink was cracked and leaking, AC made all kinds of noises along with all the other noises outside. Rooms are dinghy and dirty and trash was piled up everywhere on the property.

The room was comfortable but needed maintenance. The refrigerator didn't work, the bath tub needed upgrading, no roller in the toilet paper holder, graffiti on the signs fo the rooms, people roaming around the property, and on person actually camped out by the stairwell. One ice machine in the other building, one vending drink machine that was out of order. I will not be back.

The bar for hotels room is usually pretty low for me because I'm just looking for a bed to crash in for the night but this place was just gross. They just have a display room set up somewhere that they got all this really nice pictures in because our room looked nothing like it. Tiny. Everything was crooked or broken. Duct tape on the holes in the curtains. Ac worked great. Front desk asked for cash for the deposit but then when I was going to use a card they just said they weren't going to charge me one. Location was solid I guess but I'd recommend going elsewhere.
