Room was non smoking and we did offer to move you to what we had available which was king non smoking but then you said that won't work and i said i can spray some or give you candle and you took the candle also send housekeeper behind you to spray just incase you changed your mind. also when you came to office you didn't mention anything regarding bugs or roaches as it come to surprise to us in a sense that we didn't do anything about it. we try to give offer you what we had available at the time which shows we did what we could, so don't say we didn't do anything. once again we are sorry for unconvinced you had with us.
