Offering far reaching views to write home about, this 2nd floor balcony apartment with resident parking space ticks all the right boxes. Inside, the WiFi-enabled retreat offers a spacious modern living room with l-shaped sofa, a flat screen TV and an accompanying kitchen diner, with French doors leading out onto a scenic private balcony. An alfresco dining set for 4 offers a tempting setting for summertime entertaining. A spacious bedroom with twin joinable beds is accompanied by a cosy double bedroom and an extra double sofa bed to the living room. A retro bathroom and private laundry facilities complete the internal layout of this carefree holiday home.

The 2nd floor apartment features in a modern residence with communal garden and resident parking. From its secure gated entrance, the hillside apartment leads to the vibrant lakeside centre of Menaggio in 6-7 minutes by car.

Location

The residence is situated along ‘Via al la Grona’, on the sunny hillside above Menaggio. Guests are placed within easy driving distance of the resort centre, where a family-friendly Lido, restaurants, shops, main bus and central lake ferry links can be enjoyed (6-7 minutes’ drive away). Golfing fans also have the prestigious ‘Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf club’ on the doorstep (8 minutes’ drive away).

Les photos grand angle subliment un appartement qui au final n'est pas si grand! Pas d'eau chaude ... et chaudiere clairement en panne avant notre arrivée, une serviette tachée de sang, 4 fourchettes et 5 petites cuillères en tout et pour tout, pas de pince a linge... et rien n'a été resolu durant le sejour!Dédommagement obtenu après une demi demi-journée de negiciation...

Appartement propre, situe a 30min à pied du centre (attention ça monte) donc au calme. Propre, accueillis avec une petite box, avec le petit nécessaire si rien à manger lorsquon arrive tard pour le lendemain matin, très appréciable (kellogs lait, gateaux...)

That was a new experience we never had in other VRBO locations. In this building, you will have the feeling of living in a public place like a mall or shopping center. you can hear the other people in the building talking as if they are sitting next to you. I am not sure what would cause this effect, but it is quite unpleasant as you never can rest here. What was disappointing here was the apartment was not maintained properly which made staying in there impossible, and we ended up moving out sooner than it was planned, The Central heating did not work, no warm water, the shower drain did not work, and so on.

Découverte de lac de Côme en famille

Séjour agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Appartement correspondant à la description, cuisine très bien équipée. Cinquième lit très petit juste pour un petit enfant. Dommage que nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse, car manque d’ ensoleillement pendant notre séjour. Mais la vu était très belle et dégage face à Bellagio et Varenna. Petit souci d’humidité dans la salle de bain au niveau de la baignoire. On reviendrai avec plaisir.
