A big disappointment.

Booked this hotel as it was advertised as a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival we noticed how outdated and unclean the reception, bedrooms, dining hall and swimming pool were. The 2 rooms we booked were not maintained at all, as it broken cabinets, the tvs weren’t working (because the staff hadn’t bothered ...
