「I really liked this hotel for its uniqueness, location, stunning views, and great staff. You have to keep in mind that the building is very old, from something like the 1600’s , and there are nuisances to any old building versus a new structure. There are areas that could use some upgrades, simple things like pillows but that being said, the benefits of this gem are worth it.」

Accueil chaleureux de Dany qui parle bien francais, serviable et de bon conseil. Petit déjeuner continental varié et copieux pour 6€50. Centre ville avec restaurants à 10 mn à pied. Supermarché à 50m de l'hôtel. Hôtel propre et au calme pour bien se reposer apres une bonne journée de marche. 」

「All the staff here are superb. The greeting professional, efficient. In all manner, these are people you would like to be friends with. The breakfast is incomparable. Room design thoughtfully executed. Views terrific. Way better to stay here and wander into Zarautz or over the hill to Getaria.」

「La habitación estaba limpia. El check-in me pareció un poco complicado (es auto check-in). No hay nadie en recepción para recibirnos. No tiene opción de desayunar allí pero cerca hay muchos bares donde desayunar. Para aparcar en la zona de alrededor es fácil (aunque de zona azul, hay que estar pendiente del ticket para que no se pase la hora). Es un hotel que recomendaría」

「Una maravilla, el alojamiento es más bonito en realidad que en las fotos, estancias muy amplias y nuevas. La atención de 10, muy amables y atentos. Como pega, está un poco a desmano de todo, pero es ideal para desconectar y descansar. Muy tranquilo!」
