「I really liked this hotel for its uniqueness, location, stunning views, and great staff. You have to keep in mind that the building is very old, from something like the 1600’s , and there are nuisances to any old building versus a new structure. There are areas that could use some upgrades, simple things like pillows but that being said, the benefits of this gem are worth it.」

「What amazing views, luckily weather was good when we arrived so we were able to sit outside with a drink. Dinner was superb, especially the Ox steak.」

「Chambre double réservée pour 3 nuits pour randonner sur le chemin de Santiago, étapes accessibles par le topo dont la gare se trouve tout près de l'hôtel. Accueil chaleureux de Dany qui parle bien francais, serviable et de bon conseil. Petit déjeuner continental varié et copieux pour 6€50. Centre ville avec restaurants à 10 mn à pied. Supermarché à 50m de l'hôtel. Hôtel propre et au calme pour bien se reposer apres une bonne journée de marche. 」

「Petit hôtel charmant et très propre et moderne. Aucune mauvaise surprise tout était selon ce qui était promis sur le site web. L’appartement était au deuxième étage avec la même vue que la photo de la pub. Utilisé le coffre fort sans frais additionnels Parking intérieur et payant ( tel qu’annoncé). Bon accueil professionnel et très courtois. Belle expérience.」

「Hemos estado una noche y lo que más destaco es la amabilidad del personal. L@s recepcionistas son encantadores. Dormimos en una habitación de tres y está bastante bien,por ponerle un pero , hacia y día de perros, aire lluvia y mucho frío, la habitación es grande y el radiador no calentaba demasiado, pero tiene mantas y almohadas a mayores en el armario, así que problema resuelto. Volveríamos sin duda.」

「Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Personal ist sehr freundlich - die Ausstattung ist mehr als 3 Sterne. Nur das Fernsehen auf dem Zimmer ist tricky... Per QrCode zu aktivieren.. sonst schaltet der TV nach 5 min ab. Für ältere Leute kaum zu schaffen. Sonst alles gut. 」

「Great no-frills hotel in the heart of Gernika. The rooms are basic but if you get a good price, I would recommend it for somewhere to stay. The pin entry system makes check in simple and the owners were communicative. 」
