“Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de……

“Large room with balcony overlooking the square. The shutter would not close so had to pin a blanket up but it decided to work in the morning!🤔 I asked for 2 extra pillows several times but they never appeared. Couldn't get heating to work so was quite chilly. No kettle. Bar had reasonable priced food and breakfast good. Free underground parking a bonus but limited spaces. ”

“We had difficulty with the contactless check in. We were told we would be given an access code at a set time ,but we were not, and we had no additional message. At the door we were able to speak to someone, via intercom, that told us our room wasn’t ready. An hour later we were given our access code. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location.”

“Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant.”
