「Leaze Garden Cottage was excellent , well equipped and super clean.The garden space had plenty of seating area for sunny afternoons .Ideally situated for Bath , Wells and Bradford -on-Avon.Frome is just a 10/15min walk , with plenty of artisan shops and cafés. We had a lovely 3 days stay .」

「We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.」

「The cottage is a beautiful place in a quite and peaceful locations , the cottage is clean and nicely styled . Ideal for family and business use . The owners are always on hand to help and only a phone call away . 100% will re- book . 」

It is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything one could need, from books, to games and maps and magazines. 「The location is perfect, near to town/amenities but also very quiet with a stunning, secluded courtyard. The property itself is gorgeous, quirky and very well equipped with everything you need and more. 「We stayed for two nights for our annual visit to Longleat, which is only about 15 minutes drive away The house was in perfect condition and very old and rickety yet full of high-quality modern appliances It was a very relaxing and enjoyable short stay. I would recommend it to anybody.」

The house is beautifully appointed with wonderful attention to detail — everything we could possibly need was provided. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable, making our stay stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting to celebrate together and make some very special family memories. Highly recommended!!」

「We spent 2 nights in Wells in Emily’s place. It was a perfect spot from which to enjoy all the things Wells had to offer. Emily was communicative, went out of her way to make us comfortable my allowing us to check in early and out late, left some nice snacks and everything we needed for our time there. The cottage was nicely furnished and decorated, clean and modern.」
