“The property is rustic and quiet, with beautiful trees to shade the private porch. The listing was exactly as pictured and described, and thoughtfully appointed. Communication with the host was prompt and the directions provided were easy to follow. The house is in a rural location with the tiny coastal town of Elk about 10 minutes away. We just stayed two nights and if I find myself in the area again, I would absolutely return to this spot.”

“The photos do NOT do it justice. It is an art gallery with fantastic furnishings. Perfect to relax in and with a large desk to work at. Did I mention a fully stocked kitchebn and laundry room. I will be back. Location location location = Westside Ukiah (I am almost hate to write this review as it may alert too many folks to this great place.)”

“Loved this tiny house and its location. The view was priceless and made up for a few little shortcomings. Place was clean and comfortable but could really use some wall hooks and another suitcase stand or credenza to put suitcases on and hang things up in bathroom and main room other than kitchen closet. Bathroom shelves would be a great option for people to put their toiletries on. Kitchen plastic ware could really be updated and a couple lounge chairs and small coffee table on patio would had ……

“I wanted to visit Mendocino with my partner, I planned a surprise weekend getaway and I found this gem! It’s just outside of Mendocino so all the trails were only 10-15 minutes away. The property was the perfect size. It was cozy and clean and exactly what I was looking for. Ann was the sweetest! She made us feel at home, offered to use her larger kitchen for some steaks I wanted to cook the first night. There was a small fridge and freezer that was perfect for the snacks and wine we brought……
