While very centric, this hotel lacks more breakfast options (only coffee, juice, bread and medialunas offered). Shower works so so, no water pressure. Good AC, very close to main square and pedestrian street, also supermarkets on walking distance. very friendly staff

Front desk staff were excellent, especially the young man who checked us in. My only issue was that the outlet next to the bathroom mirror didn’t work, which made using the hairdryer a little challenging, it was a minor inconvenience as we were only there for one night.

The hotel was really nice and the service also was outstanding. At the front desk people were very friendly and very nice. They would unswear all the questions and will give an advise/suggestions. The only thing that I didnt liked was the smoking area that was on the front yard and on a porch.

It’s a cute property nestled in the heart of Mendoza. Very clean, very tranquil and convenient to all of the attractions. Majority of the staff are friendly and considerate. But I noticed a stark difference in treatment from Spanish looking clients and none Spanish looking clients. One example: one morning we go to breakfast, there is no one there. It’s just two of us, we sit at a table set for four. The staff comes out and ask us to move to a table set for two. We politely move. Right after we move, another couple comes down and sits exactly where we were sitting and the staff says nothing to them. They only look at them. The staff can see us looking at the them and the couple but they let the couple eat there in peace. As they smile and laugh at the front desk. As a person who has experienced prejudice and racism in my own country all of my life, I wasn’t expecting to see it here in Mendoza.

The morning that we arrived after a few days of travel, they booked us into a room opposite a wall with construction. Our first sleep in days was interrupted by loud hammering right next to our heads. There were other rooms available, and the hammering was only audible near ours. I don't know why they did that.
