Great value. Good location.

Really good value. Walking distance of everywhere. A 3 star- but very comfortable. Good AC. Decor a little dated but it doesn’t matter. Lovely hot shower. Everything worked and for the value it was worth it.

Good hotel for the money

Nice hotel in general. The lobby is super nice, close to atractions and buses and trains. Breakfast was ok, coffee not so good, but you get your continental breakfast. The room was a litlle old, but nothing to complaint.

There was not a frigobar at the room(mandatory for a wine city). The breakfast was extremely poor and limited . Facilities …very poor… Lots of bureacracy..not customer centric… We won’t return..

À modern kinda feel. The upper pool area was Ok. Except it was not ready or cleaned when we arrived. The next days it was very cloudy, and lots of people drinking, playing music, with unsupervised kids! There was lots for breakfast, but it’s the same items as everywhere. Very « sweet » rolls, croissant, some kind of fruit cocktail bowl….no fruits, granola. Even boiled eggs would be awesome. The waiters are « cold « they stand around and watch you! Can’t bring coffee up to your room!

En la primera habitacion el baño olia a baño de estacion de servicio, las paredes llenas de moho. Nos quejamos y nos dieron otra donde el inodoro perdia x abajo, una inmundicia. Los baños no son los que muestran en las fotos, tienen minimo 40 años y cero mantenimiento. El resto del hotel no esta mal pero no volveria a pisarlo por el estado de los baños

Foi boa nossa estadia, e como Mendoza é uma cidade turística, a gente sai de manhã e volta para dormir, o café da manhã deveria ser algo que chamasse a atenção do hóspede por sua qualidade, mas o do Urbana ache muito fraco, repetia as mesmas coisas todos os dias, como café da manhã é algo que sempre é um fator de avaliação positiva, focar em entregar um bom café da manhã seria primordial pela Urbana para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes. Outro ponto negativo que os quartos da frente escuta o barulho da rua logo cedo, impedindo de você dormir até mais tyarde.

Bom e bem localizado

Hotel bom, muito bem localizado (próximo a plaza independência), antigo, porém, com boa estrutura. Elevador travou as portas no dia do checkout, porém resolvido rapidamente pelo recepcionista. Funcionários educados, café da manhã bem simples, sem variedades durante os os dia em que ficamos hospedados.

Experiencia menos que aceptable

En general fue una experiencia "aceptable". El hotel tiene sus detalles como por ejemplo el ascensor, el cual posee poca capacidad y una vez que estás adentro sólo quieres bajarte y sólo utilizar las escaleras. Las toallas de cara parecen estropajos de viejos, lo mismo que las alfombras que tiene la habitación. Cuenta con un equipo de aire acondicionado que si lo quieres usar no puede escuchar la televisión. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle te obligan a utilizar tapones para dormir. Finalmente su desayuno es "pobre".
