Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Organisation war perfekt und der Kontakt zum Vermieter stets gegeben und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar: geschmackvoll, gepflegt und geräumig in ruhiger Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit. Das Zentrum kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Alles perfekt

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude, Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus sind noch im Altbauzustand. Umso mehr freut man sich, wenn man in die moderne Wohnung kommt. Sie ist hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und trotz der Nähe zur Strasse sehr ruhig. Abgesehen davon, dass es keine Waschmaschine gibt, bietet die Wohnung alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Das Zentrum erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartment entsprach dem Inserat. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Restaurants in 100-400m Entfernung vorhanden. Innenstand fußläufig in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 200m Entfernung.

Uns hats sehr gut gefallen, kommen gerne wieder

Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem nah beim Zentrum (zu Fuss 15' zur Therme), Einkaufen und Busstation (Stadtbus) in 5' erreichbar, empfehlenswerte Pizzerias 10' entfernt.

Neue Wohnung in super Lage

Pros: Direkt von der Wohnung aus können diverse Fahrradtouren durchgeführt werden. Die Räder können in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Für das Auto gab es jederzeit einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Bike im Zentrum von Meran. Im näheren Umkreis gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein paar schöne Restaurants. Netter Vermieter.

Nicht billig aber den Ansprüchen entsprechend gut.

Pros: Die persönliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter war außerordentlich gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem älteren Mehrfamilienhaus und setzt sich im Inneren deutlich positiv vom Haus selbst ab und ist auch sehr gut gesichert. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Keine Parkplatzprobleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Naxchbarschaft. Cons: keine Angaben

Wirklich so, wie auf den Bildern 😊

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, endlich scharfe Messer, vernünftige Töpfe und Pfannen. Es war auch genug Geschirr da, so dass man auch die Spülmaschine nutzen konnte. Vielfach ist es leider häufig so, dass man von Gläsern, Tellern etc. nur eine begrenzte Anzahl hat, manchmal sogar nur 2. Eine gemütliche Couch und 2 Balkone laden zum entspannen ein. Einziges Manko ist in der Woche die zur Rush Hour viel befahrene Straße. Aber vielleicht sind wir durch unsere Wohnlage auch zu verwöhnt….Letztendlich will man auch nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung verbleiben. Fazit: Eine tolle Wohnung in fußläufiger Lage zur Innenstadt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und der Vermieter sehr serviceorientiert und verbindlich.

Zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung auch mit Bus und Bahn. Alles Notwendige war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Da nebenan gerade gebaut wurde, war Baulärm leider nicht immer zu vermeiden.
