“When we checked in, we were given room 207. This room was on the ground floor near the lobby, and the floor to ceiling windows faced the second floor of the parking lot in the rear of the property. There were cars parked directly outside of our window. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy as it cycled on and off during the night making sleep all but impossible. “There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete……

“The Guest House is impeccably maintained and in a great location to experience downtown. There was plenty of off street free parking behind the home. Beds and rooms are very comfortable and there is complimentary items for breakfast in the kitchen.”

“The rooms were clean but the walls are thin! We had to move to a different room due to noise. The staff was very accommodating and switched us without any issues. The hotel was central to what we needed it for. The Ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the next floor to grab ice. Breakfast was a plus. Last time we stayed, they were renovating. All and all, we would stay here again.”
