「The staff was great. It’s always nice to feel like you’re important. From the moment I walked into the hotel that’s how they made feel. We had dinner on the rooftop. And the service there was also great. The one downside though was the dessert’s. Great dinner but the dessert options were a little lacking. 」

「Staying at Fairfield Inn, Raleigh Crabtree, was great! Our room was clean and so nice to get in to. Clean towels with no bleach scent as we've experienced in other hotels. The complimentary breakfast was great and fresh. All the staff we talked with were friendly. It was probably the best stay in a hotel we have enjoyed in many years, and the price was below what we found at most of the hotels I checked online when looking for a room in Raleigh. As the stars say, Excellent!!!」
