"My closet overhead light caught on fire. They tried to dismiss it like it was nothing. The lock on the door had been previously broken into. Television was not working and small bugs observed near window. Mold painted over in ceiling. I have NOT received my 100.00 deposit."

"8 cars got broken into in the parking lot my first night there. My room was dirty, the shower head was very small, and no hot water-only luke warm water. Terrible experience. "

"Overall, it was an excellent stay - clean premises, excellent area, kind staff. The hotel was built before ADA. Even though I am not disabled, the lack of these accommodations in common areas was noticeable. There is one elevator at the very back of the building, and probably no more than 4 staircases (but only two floors). Again, an excellent place to stay. "

"The house was as described. Perfect for our needs. We all had our own bedroom with on suite bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Directions were perfect. Kitchen was well appointed. Living space super comfortable. We were down for a funeral. The manager was very accommodating. Will definitely be back when we visit our Aunt."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and kind. One thing I was not happy about was the shared microwave. Having to leave my room to go downstairs to warm up my food was a little inconvenient. A few other residents had to wait in line to use this one microwave in the entire hotel. Honestly think that problem needs to be adjusted. Otherwise I enjoyed my room and especially the ease of parking. "

"This property was clean and fit our needs. We were not there much, as we only stayed one night and we had tickets to a Hurricanes game that night. It was a quick Uber ride to the arena and back, which was very important to us.The host was very communicative and helpful. We thought we left a vital piece of medical equipment when we left, and the host was getting ready to go search the property for it when we found it in our luggage at home. I would call that service above and beyond what I expected!"
