The host was amazing and the property was nice. A little bit of a walk to the lake but you can also park at the lake as well if you have elderly that may not be able to walk as well anymore..but over all not a far walk and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Short drive to mills falls and surfside burger which I recommend. Fun family week at a great price to be close to the lake and be able to swim.

We had an absolute blast! House was perfect for our needs with large open dining area, living room & kitchen area with a huge dining table. Had everything needed. Beach area was spectacular, grandkids spent hour after hour in the lake. So fun and it was great having our 14 year old dog with us.

Our stay at this house was great! A short walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms and ample sleeping space was perfect. The open kitchen and inviting dining room with picturesque views out the massive wall of windows nearly outshone the meals we ate. Close to downtown Meredith with shopping and fun made this a memorable week. Will definitely stay here again!

Meredith NH

Nice location. In short distance you can reach town center where you can dine and explore. Lake was amazing, kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. Water was clean and little private beach area was great. Only members of community were allowed to stay there which made it prefect and lots of space throughout the day. Will visit Meredith next year again.

Our family just loved the community beach area with swim raft and diving board; during the week we had it mostly to ourselves. There is a beach wagon provided with chairs and floats which is really useful. Stacey was quick and helpful in responding to a couple questions/issues.

Cozy, clean & convenient!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was clean, cozy and in a convenient location. The community beach was perfect for our little one to enjoy and just a short stroll down the road. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need for your stay, with some fun extras including paddle boards! Stacey was fabulous at communications and checking in throughout the week.i would highly recommend this for your next family getaway.

This place was welcoming and easy to relax at. Clearly a house meant for unplugging. The unexpected extra toys were enjoyable and fun. As well as the ease of use.

Comfortable house

It was a very lovely house on the inside. Beds comfortable, fully stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for our stay. Host was quick to reply in text any questions we had concerning the property. The only problem were the steps coming onto the porch into the front door were uneven and pose a safety hazard—no hand rail.

Great vacation rental

My family and I just rented this house last week. Stacey our host has thought of everything a renter might need. She fills the cabinets with Hot coco, coffee, tea and anything else you might need. The bathroom is loaded with products in case you forget your own. The furniture is very nice, and the beds and bedding are like staying at a 5-star hotel. I will defiantly be booking this house again next year!!!
