Large 2-family house "Roberto", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Bracchio 1.5 km from the centre of Mergozzo, in an elevated position, 1.3 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 1.5 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop "Mergozzo" 1.4 km, railway station "Mergozzo" 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maggiore 7 km, Orta 14 km. Hiking paths: Alpe Vercio. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog.

nachdem wir die Duftverteiler aus dem ganzen Haus entfernt hatten, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. 2-3 zusätzliche Decken wären schön gewesen
