「Clean room,comfort linen, helpful staff, have indoor garage provided Only thing not quite satisfied was the breakfast, we went down @~9：15am, the hot food trays were emptied but no refill provided 」

「Staff wood good and breakfast good however, as a couple they put is in rooms with single beds which are not comfortable. The toilet continually dripped and you could hear it. However the biggest issue were the bugs behind the pillows. They did give us a nother room but the image of bugs and them touching us pervented us from sleeping the rest of he night. 」

「The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries. I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great.」

「very good experience of the stay in Milano. this hotel is a bit far away from the city center though. but the room is new and clean, with the excellent swimming pool and great restaurant. and very quiet.」
