“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty subpar. The carpet was in very poor condition, and lots of active (hopefully) drywall/paint repairs were in progress. Also we had to change outlets for the mini fridge as the one it was plugged into wasn’t working and caused the freezer to be melting/leaking water on the floor. “We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer……

“We stayed Father’s Day weekend and the floor above us creeped horribly like an old old house. There were times when we felt like it may fall in on us as the family above sounded like they were jumping around at all times of the night.
