The uniqueness of this property lies in the fact that it's one of the very few in the area. Otherwise it's a small private run b&b for an affordable price. The room was clean and served its purpose. I appreciate the idea of serving breakfast in the rooms, it's cute, but it's terribly unpractical if the room is small and doesn't really offer a table where two people can comfortably sit and share a croissant. The other downside of this place is the general lack of a place to sit down. Unless you are willing to drive there is little to do in the immediate vicinity, unfortunately the b&b doesn't offer a garden/lobby/common space where one could sit down with a beer/snack etc.

Un peu décevant, le chambre était vieillotte. La douche est en verre à la vue des autres occupants de la chambre, niveau intimité c’est zéro. Grosse déception également pour le petit déjeuner, ça n’a rien à voir avec un bed&breakfast , un simple panier déposé devant la chambre avec une bouteille d’eau, 2 disettes à café un jus de fruit un croissant un fuit, un paquet de biscotte et une confiture industrielle rien de très alléchant. Loin de tout dommage !!!

Nous venons de passer 10 jours dans cet établissement. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le couple. Monsieur parle français et n’a pas hésité à nous formuler de bons conseils. L’entretien y est fait régulièrement. La literie est confortable. Un réfrigérateur est présent dans la chambre et un micro onde est mis à disponibilité dans le hall. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Le parking est appréciable. Bonne accessibilité pour les lacs. À recommander vivement.

Ottimo

Sono stati gentilissimi. Arrivavamo tardi e ci hanno dato istruzioni per accedere al B&B. Ottima colazione trovata di fronte alla porta della camera al mattino. Solo come miglioramento, suggerirei ai gestori di dotare la doccia di una mensolina o di un portasaponi (può essere appeso anche all'asta che sorregge il soffione). Struttura pulita e in luogo silenzioso a 25 minuti da Como.

Si paga quanto un albergo, senza però i relativi vantaggi. Colazione “industriale”, stanza piccola e scomoda. La pulizia generale lascia a desiderare e il bagno non è riscaldato.

L’appartamento era molto pulito e in ordine ma, visto il prezzo, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di diverso, in particolare ha pesato il fatto che non si poteva regolare il riscaldamento, la stanza era piccolissima, il caffè della colazione era delle macchinette, la location sulla strada

Molto bene

A pochi km dal lago di Como, parcheggio piccolo ma esclusivo. Accoglienza così così, ma siamo in pieno Covid. Bella camera, spaziosa e pulita, impreziosita da mobili e oggetti vintage. Materasso supercomodo, molto carino il bagno. Colazione abbondante fatta trovare fuori dalla porta, con discrezione. No sky tv, no frigobar, no ascensore, attenzione se avete problemi a deambulare.

Tutto ok, posto molto confortevole.

Tutto molto bene. Nulla da segnalare in merito al soggiorno e alla gentilezza dei titolari. L'unica piccola pecca è che la gestione della colazione è presentata molto bene, ma essendoci un po' di tutto non può soddisfare le esigenze di nessuno. Potrebbe essere utile chiedere la sera prima che tipo di colazione si vuole scegliendo tra alcune cose in modo che si possa avere la quantità giusta di pietanze, ma solo quelle scelte.
