「Beautiful condo in great location. Host was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. As stated in the description, there is some street noise, but I didn't find it to be an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to Boston and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 」

「The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned.
The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. 「The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. 」

「This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! The location is amazing and the lake views are priceless. Easy access to walking trails just a five minute drive away - the snow kept our walks short but we hope be back in the spring to take full advantage. It was very cold outside but we were warm and comfortable inside. 」
